WHERE DO WE TRAIN?

All training is conducted at the Cannon Hill Netball Courts, 900 Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill QLD.

IS TRANING COMPULSORY?

Training is compulsory to retain a position within a team.

Coach must be notified if a player is injured or has a health issue that impacts their ability to train.

Opens players may train with Cadets after seeking permission from relevant Cadets Coach.

WHEN DO I TRAIN?

Training is held each Thursday of the school term. Most teams will train on the same court number each week.

NetSetGo (7-10 years): 4 - 5pm

11 & 12 years: 5 - 6.30pm

Inters & Cadets: 6 - 7.30pm

Opens: TBC

SHOOTING CLINICS

Goal shooting is a specialist skill that requires specialist training.

All GS/GA players should attend the 30 minute session for their relevant age group each Thursday.

Notification of Clinic details are via Facebook post.

WHEN DOES 2025 TRAINING START?

Training will commence: TBC

SET UP AND PACK DOWN ROSTER

In the spirit of contribution and participation, all players and supporters are requested to assist in set up and pack down each Thursday.

For teams training at 4pm, please arrive a few minutes early to assist with set up and to ensure the team is ready to start at 4pm.

For teams training at 6pm, at the end of training please ensure all courts are clear of all belongings and that all equipment is neatly stored for the next user.

WHAT TEAM DO I TRAIN WITH?

Team announcements will be emailed to parents / guardians of players by: TBC

WHO IS MY COACH?

The Coach will email all parents / guardians of players after the team announcement to introduce themselves.

CAN I WEAR JEWELLERY?

Stud earrings only (no hoops) may be worn

Medic Alert bracelets must be taped during training
